Recently we have been busy building Lubrication Systems for lubricating the bearings on large water pumps, used in new Desalination plants in Saudi Arabia.

The lube units are designed to comply with Saudi Arabian engineering standards. Oil temperature returning from the bearings can be a problem and that is why we fit large plate heat exchangers. The units are fitted with instruments to indicate the outlet pressure,  differential pressure across the filter and oil temperatures.

 Torishima design and manufacture lubrication systems for gearboxes and bearings. Designs change from customer to customer, some like the more modern systems with electronic transmitters, others prefer gauges. Whatever the system we have the design and manufacturing experience to provide a reliable and performing Lubrication System.
