Torishima Fluid Power install hydraulic pipework and hose. We have experienced pipe fitters and hose technicians who can ensure that a safe and leak free installation is achieved.
Pipework supplied can be with compression fittings up to 42 mm and weldable fittings are used for higher pressures and larger pipe sizes. Our welders are experienced in pipework welding and can also offer a repair service for leaking hydraulic pipes.
Our installation service includes ring mains and hydraulic pipework between the hydraulic power unit and valves, cylinders or motors. We have installed We ensure the pipework is safe to use by pressure testing the installation. Flushing then follows, until the pipe and hose are clean. We have automatic particle counters to measure that the desired cleanliness is achieved.
A stock of hydraulic pipe, hose and fittings is held in our workshop. We can manufacture hose assemblies to 2" diameter in house and 1" from our mobile van.
