HPU Design

Having the latest 3D design capability gives horsepower to our capacity to design bespoke hydraulic power units. We generally design hydraulic power units with installed power above 11 kW and this usually requires precise design to ensure components fit within the space envelope. Also the design of fabrications can be more accurate, reducing the possibility of errors, and lead times.

3D models also help in the workshop as drawings are easy to understand and again errors are reduced.

Torishima Fluid Power design and manufacture hydraulic power units for a number of applications. From Marine Deck Equipment to Food manufacture and Steel processing. Each power pack has an indivdual design in terms of  structure, pressure and flow. We have a choice of pump types and components to make sure the unit is energy efficient, operates to the specification and is also reliable. We can also install and commission the HPU at our customers' premises, making sure you are happy with our service is our top priority.
