Training your Staff

Developing your staff is important to ensure they have the correct skills and knowledge to operate safely and effectively. Empolyees do not necessarliy have the skills needed when they join the business and this is where training comes in. Hydraulics is a niche area of engineering, sitting between electrical and mechanical disciplines. In house and external training is important to deliver effective development.

At Torishima Fluid Power we have had hydraulic training rigs for a number of years. We conduct theoretical hydraulic training and have 10 core short modules for our employees. The training rig is used, following the theoretical training and helps the users understand hydraulic symbols and the construction of hydraulic circuits, in a safe environment

We will continue to develop our training courses and exercises for the training rig. Electrohydraulics is next.
