PLC Controlled Test Rigs

For a number of years Torishima Service Solutions Europe (formerly MGR Fluid Power) have been designing and manufacturing PLC controlled test rigs. Each test rig is bespoke to customer requirements, with the hydraulics and control systems designed in line with our customer's needs. The process usually starts with a set of requirements from the customer, a hydraulic schematic is produced and a control philosphy formulated. Discussions and feedback with the customer result in a firm design for the hydraulics and a firm design for the control.

Once built the test rig undergoes a number of in house tests to ensure the hydraulics and control system perform as expected. 

We have built hydraulic test rigs for;

• Testing oxygen cylinders with water
• Flushing manifolds with hydraulic oil
• Testing  hydraulic cylinder on hydraulic oil
• Providing force for testing materials with hydraulic oil
• Providing flow and pressure for testing fuel valves
